Creole Cauliflower Flats

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • Alicia’s Homemade® Creole Dip and Seasoning Blend

  • Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) cooking spray

Directions:

1.)   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.)   Cut cauliflower florets off of the head of cauliflower, then slice florets into approximately ½” slices so that they can be laid flat.

3.)   Spray cookie sheet(s) with EVOO cooking spray.

4.)   Lay sliced cauliflower flat on cookie sheet.

5.)   Sprinkle Alicia’s Homemade® Creole Dip and Seasoning Blend on cauliflower (to taste).

6.)   Flip cauliflower and repeat Step #5.

7.)   Cook at 350 degrees for approximately 30-35 minutes or desired firmness, flipping once after about 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
