garlic shrimp skewers


  • 2 lbs. shrimp (preferably ‘Extra Large’ or larger)

  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

  • 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce

  • 2/3 cup lime juice

  • ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro

  • 2 medium red cherry peppers finely chopped

  • 1 packet Alicia’s Homemade® Garlic Garlic

  • 3 Tbs. water


1.)   Combine in bowl EVOO, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, cilantro, red cherry peppers, Alicia’s Homemade® Garlic Garlic, and water. Mix well and let sit for 15 minutes.

2.)   Devein the shrimp (if not already). In ziplock bag, combine shrimp and garlic mix. Place in fridge for two (2) hours.

3.)   Pre-heat grill, then skewer shrimp and place on grill. Cook both sides until pink and firm to the touch.
