Greek Tzatziki Sauce
1-1/2 Cups – Low fat Greek Yogurt
2-1/2 TBS - Alicia’s Homemade® Greek Herb Dip and Seasoning Blend
½ Cup – Cucumber (finely minced)
1/2 - Lemon (medium size)
1. Mix Alicia’s Homemade® Greek Herb Dip and Seasoning Blend, Greek Yogurt, and cucumber in a medium sized bowl, let rest in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
2. Remove the Greek Herb and yogurt mix, and add the juice of approximately half a lemon, to taste.
3. Use the Tzatziki sauce on your favorite kebobs, gyros, sandwiches, or as a fresh vegetable dip.
